To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. However, if your order is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

You can call us at (210) 919-0620 anytime to cancel an order. We will try our best to accommodate your request as long as your request meets our cancellation policy.

Replacements

To provide you with the best possible service, we have a 48 hour replacement policy. If you receive a bouquet of fresh flowers, and to no fault of your own (lack of water, placing in direct sunlight or near a heat source, leaving them out in the heat or cold, etc.) your flowers completely wilt we will pickup the arrangement and bring a replacement. Flowers will be inspected by our professional team and assessed for replacement.

Flowers & Perishable Products

All varieties of flowers have a different vase life. One stem dying before another does not warrant a replacement or refund. If you have any questions concerning your flowers you may call us at (210) 919-0620 and we would be glad to chat with you about care and handling.
