To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. However, if your order is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Replacements

To provide you with the best possible service, we have a 48 hour replacement policy. If you receive a bouquet of fresh flowers, and to no fault of your own (lack of water, placing in direct sunlight or near a heat source, leaving them out in the heat or cold, etc.) your flowers completely wilt we will pickup the arrangement and bring a replacement. Flowers will be inspected by our professional team and assessed for replacement.

Flowers & Perishable Products
